You know, if Congressmen don't read the bills (this one says he can't understand it and won't read it), and Congressmen say Americans shouldn't read them (he believes Americans are idiots obviously), than he must believe that ghosts and martians are writing this trash and are the only one's who can understand it. "Another Unbelievable Moment".

I gotta disagree with you MYCAR. I'm know genius and I've read bills including much of HR 3200. Probably 75% is easily understandable. The guy's a hack. He doesn't believe the bullshit he's pushing, he just wants you to believe it.

I Should Clarify,..... Maybe..... I Think The Way Our Bills Are Written Needs To Be Chaged This Style Of Writing Is The Most Exact Un Exact Language Out There, I Mean These Laws Should Be Written With No Need For Interpretation.

It's done on purpose MYCAR. The abundance of "Ambiguity" in these bills is simply to enable corruption and deception of the people and robbery of the treasury.
There's certainly no ambiguity as to how obvious it is either.

I Know It's Done On Purpose And I For One Don't Like It

Got plenty of nationalized healthcare examples in the states that demonstrate what the US should NOT be doing.
"Yet we don't need to peer over borders and across oceans to find government health care that does not work; indeed, we have examples here in our United States.
Hawaii, Oregon, Massachusetts, Tennessee and Maine have all created some version of government takeover or administration of health care, and all are a mess."
