Prison Sentences and Carrying Them Out

I was just watching a late night episode of "mysteries solved" since i cant sleep. There was a story of a boy who left to spend a weekend with his father (divorced parents) and came back to find his mother gone. Her naked body was found and it turns out her own brother rapes and kills her WTF!!! So he is sentenced to life in prison for 2nd degree murder. 10 YEARS LATER!!!!! He is paroled and ends up LIVING with the boy and his grandparents! Can you imagine having to deal with that every damn day! I can't believe how that poor kid must feel (his grandparents must have been awesome people to house that son of a bitch). So anyway...this piece of shit ends up killing another woman within a year of being paroled. He is then sentenced to 70 years for 1st degree murder and another 90 years for parole violation. The bastard kills himself not much longer later. A few questsions:

What the fuck is wrong with our system that someone does something SO SICK to his own sister and is on the street in only ten years after being sentened to "life"????

How is his SECOND murder only a 70 year sentence???

WHY THE HELL IS THE PAROLE VIOLATION SENTENCE MORE THAN A 2nd MURDER?????

I dont know how long ago this was, but its really really disturbing. It makes we want to become a vigilante and go kill people like this guy before they can do anything else.

Sorry so long, but maybe someone with some legal knowledge can shed some light on this completely ridiculous situation.

sad sick story showing how our justice system is far from perfect. Sadly, his type of horror story repeats itself often.

My opinion is you commit cold blooded murder the penalty should be death or life in a hole never to see the light of day at the very least. F*ck em.

He was an adult when he killed his sister and he was 42 when he killed himself, so old enough...
