Glad to have G posting again. Feels like almost like old times. Apparently he hasn't mellowed during his absence, but neither have we. :) I can't resist sharing this little posting I just put on Facebook during a spirited debate on taxing the rich to fund healthcare. I knew G would appreciate it:D:

Tax the Rich, feed the poor, until there are rich no more" -- 1960's Hippie Song. Unfortunately, the former "flower children" in Congress and surrounding BHO still believe this rot. Like it or not, the rich are who create jobs, provide capital and make this country run. What has happened in recent years is that the dependent class has grown larger and now is at a point where they can influence a re-distribution of wealth... basically stealing possessions from someone. The old story-tale about killing the golden-egg goose comes to mind and this class warfare/redistribution will do just that -- kill the goose that lays the golden eggs.

History shows that the conservative republican ways of running the country doesn't produce jobs. You look back at Clinton and all the crap he took over raising taxes and what happened, we had the best economy ever. Bush with his tax cuts and a war which should have done better than Clinton it did absolutely nothing. If you don't believe me just pick up the paper or check out the news.

Here is a link to the Jobs created during U.S. presidential terms.

Pretty clear the republican way of doing business doesn't work.

No you don't kill the goose you just take a few eggs. :)

And don't forgit. Slick willie had a republican congress an senate. GW had a demarat house and senate for the last 2 years. And a bunch of rino republicans. That's what is so scarey now, to many left wing radicals.

It's always good to see an Obama Loving Liberal that can't think of 5 reasons why he supports his favorite president.

On the other hand, we should be grateful G is letting us know that every idiotic decision Obama makes is because it's Bush's fault.

It's that type of intellectual and enlightening perspectives that surely help to expand our minds. In fact, in another day or two, we may all find ourselves donating to SEIU, and joining the democratic and Communist parties.
