Say your a military commander who needs 40,000 soldiers to do your mission right. Then your Idiot in Chief gives you 30,000, and also announces when you will leave the theater. What happened at that moment was you were betrayed twice. First, you were given 25% less forces then you needed, and secondly, you were betrayed a second time when your idiot in chief announced to your enemy when your forces would be leaving.
