Excellent question and I had similar thoughts.
My guess would be no, that this site has not been absorbed by the take-over.
It largely grew out of a need to give V-Rod froum members a place to vent their individual political spleen.
As anyone can see most of them were more talk than action so this site has not had traffic enough to warrant it being picked up for advertising outlets.
It's small enough that it almost manages itself.
V-Rod Forums on the overhand developed a life of it's own thanks to the comraderie and the way it was permitted to grow.
I don't think Max had any idea of the kind of genie that he had let out of the bottle. Those kind of things become all consuming if you let them. I just hope he managed to get some kind of reward from his efforts.

This forum is not part of the deal for Vertical Scope. It's not something they were after.

The did get the rights to www.harley-davidsonforums.com which was also owned by Max.

This forum is left for whatever we may need.
