What utter nonsense.

Liberals don't "hate God", or anything like it. Liberals belong to every faith imaginable - Catholic, Episcopalian, Baptist, Lutheran, Jewish, Hindu, Muslim, etc. Most, but of course not all, liberals believe in God and practice their religion as they see fit. But more importantly, liberals support the rights of ALL Americans to practice their faiths - not just those who happen to worship at the same church as you do.

And for your information, the Constitution specifically states: shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof . .

There is absolutely no mainstream liberal initiative to remove references to religion ("In God We Trust") - nor is there any mainstream effort to fire military Chaplains, or prevent stores from wishing their customers "Merry Christmas (http://www.aclu.org/religion/gen/22324res20051207.html)."

If there IS anybody who is taking "Christ out of Christmas" it is narrow minded bigots who go around spreading hatred and intolerance. The New Testament, like the Koran and the Torah and many other sacred texts, command us to love our neighbors, and to comfort the sick and imprisoned.

Merry Christmas to you. I suggest you spend the next few days re-reading the Bible (I'd start with Matthew 22). It might teach you a few things about how you treat your fellow man.

You better back up and take a look at ur party, it ain't us that pitches a bitch about a Christmas Play in school, Or a prayer being said around a flag pole. or a moment of silence at graduation. Let's ask that Newday or whatever his name is,the guy in Cal. that wants in God we trust took off our money what party he's affiliated with. I'll bet the farm he ain't no Rep. Companies get taken to task for sayin Merry Christmas, we must be politiclly correct and say Happy holiday. And it goes on an on, it ain't the Republicans. Me too. When the sanctity of life is ignored, civilization starts to unwind. First abortion, then mercy killing, then killing off the elderly. One of these days they will be coming for you, too.....
