Turned on to this forum from a link on one of gtrman66's post on the H-D forum.

Just wanting to join in the discussion. Political stance - conservative leaning towards libertarian. In the words of Ronald Reagan "I didn't leave the Democratic Party, the Democratic Party left me". Sadly this is quickly becoming the fate of the RNC for many Republicans...:(

Thanks.

Yeah I'm so getting tired of the "Republicans In Name Only" like Lindsey Grahamnesty (who's defending BO's pick of Geithner BTW), et al. They'll do anything for political expediency and a little bit of air time from the hopelessy liberal mainstream media.

I say Neal Boortz for prez... :cool:

Welcome Johnny! I like your quote and unfortunately applies to what happened to me, too.

Hey thanks guys! Actually my wife and I have this joke. I don't have a birthDAY, I have a birthday SEASON. Usually stretches for about a week or so depending on how the weekends fall in relation to my birthday. This year, my birthday season started @ 0001 hrs on 1/17 and will end @ 2400 hrs on 1/25. The good news is that I've had some pretty good bike ridin' weather most of the week and today is supposed to be the warmest of the week (70F). I think I'm going to have a, umm.... "family emergency" this afternoon...

:cool::rofl

Go ahead rub it in about the weather. We have a warm snap going here, too, supposed to be above freezing (barely) for 2 days then back into the deep freeze. Might take the BMW R1100RT with heated grips and adjustable windscreen out if the snow has melted enough.

BTW, Happy BD.

Thanks Rem - come down to OK sometime. The weather's better down here...

BTW - I see you're from OH. I used to visit some clients up there once in a while. Lima, OH - I told my wife it's not near as glamorous there as it sounds... :rofl

Just kidding. Lima's a nice little town it was just a b*tch to get there from any airport. Three aiports roughly the same distance from it and it still took me around an hour or so to get onsite.

Lima is the home of the M1A1 Tank and also Humvees are made there. Also armor-plated limos and security vehicles. To me that is its most redeeming quality. I am only an hour from there, but our town is a comparative garden spot (and I mean that seriously)
