Since Rush is such a lighting rod with Liberals, thought I would share a few of my favorites quote from his 35 Undeniable Truths of Life. He has them all on his website or do a google search if you are interested in seeing them all:

"The culture war is between the winners and those who think they're losers who want to become winners. The losers think the only way they can become winners is by banding together all the losers
and then empowering a leader of the losers to make things right for them."

"Liberals measure compassion by how many people are given welfare. Conservatives measure compassion by how many people no longer need it."

"There is something wrong when critics say the problem with America is too much religion."

In Reference To The Last Quote I Heared A Great Little Qoute On God And The Goverment The Other Day

He Said If You Take God Out Of The Goverment Then Who Do Our Rights Come From? Answer The Goverment. The Goverment Can Take Your Rights Away With A Flick Of The Wrist. So Is It Really Smart To Take God Out Of The Goverment?

My favorite Rush quote (my paraphrase):

I love the women's movement, especially when viewed from behind :D

I like that one too, but wanted to be politically correct of course. :D But since you opened the door, how about: "Feminism was established as to allow unattractive women easier access to the mainstream of society."

Is That Where Rosanne Came From?
Not sure, but it really helped out Hillary and Feinstein...

Hey dude, c'mon. Honestly, let's not stoop to that level. I don't like Michelle Obama, don't trust her, etc., but let's not start that, OK?

Fair enough, I just think we owe our First Lady a little more respect than that.

We don't have to agree with her, but it really used to frost me when people would make personal attacks against GWB, Cheney, et al that had nothing to do with their policy.

Probably I started it by bringing up Hillary and Feinstein, so I should be smacking my own hand on this, but after giving it some thought, is that really where we want to be on this? I mean we have plenty of legitimate criticsm without getting our hands dirty, you know?

Yep, and that's completely legit.

Also, the fact that she presumably sat right next to her husband in the pew of that church for 20 years while Wright spewed his anti-American, racist venom probably nodding her head and saying "amen".

As I said I completely don't trust her. I think she as insidious as Laura Bush was gracious.

exactly if bush would have sat in a church with a preacher who was a member of the kkk (who is accually quite peaceful lately) he would have never been elected hell if he would have gone to that church once he wouldn't have been elected.

Getting back to Rush, he actually had his policy statement on a bi-partisan solution to the financial crisis published on the op-ed page of today's Wall Street Journal:

http://online.wsj.com/article/SB123318906638926749.html

Of course it has some of the Limbaugh shtick, which goes over the head of the Libs, but think it interesting that someone so denigrated as being a (name your nasty word) by the left is given voice in the WSJ.

I think the term Engels used was "lying sack of sh*t", but who's counting?
