Murdered reporter Daniel Pearl's father had a moving op-ed in today's WSJ. He contrasted the brutality of his son's murderers to the the Lib's view that it is our country's fault that they behave as they do. Former President Carter is cited for his role in selling out to the Terrorists. Here's the link:

I agree, this is sickening. It reinforces a couple of key ideas:

1. Jimmy Carter & Bill Moyers are dirtbags and terrorist sympathizers.

2. The academic world is actively socializing our young people to be the same. Academia claims to want a "free exchange" of ideas. but the reality is that they only want to show their version of "the truth".

Sad to say, this is an indication of things to come.

That was a good read Rem. Thanks for posting it.

What's happening is just disgusting. Michael Savage says liberalism is a mental disorder, and that's the only possible explanation I can think of... a mental disorder is causing us to give away our safety, security, the lives of American soldiers, the life of Daniel Pearl and all other victims of Islamic terrorism, including everyone who died on 9/11. Here we are instilling this weakness in the minds of our coming generations, in order to ensure our own destruction, as observed at UCLA by Mr. Pearl in this column. And it's happening everywhere within our borders. I know he was president, but Mr. Carter is despicably misguided.

The Normalization of Evil. The title says it all.

I think they have already released about 550 from Gitmo and Mccain was going to do the same. We just put these clowns in our jails and they won't last long :)

Maybe we should send each of them a supply of "soap on a rope". They drop the soap in the shower and bend over to pick it up, we all know what will happen. On second thought, bad idea.:D

I'm telling you they won't last long in our jail system, people are complaining about this and its an easy fix and saves money too. :)

I Believe The Bigger Problem Right Now Is People Will Be Let Go Due To Obama Trying To Please The Arabic Country's Right Now. If They Are Let Go He Will Have A Big Problem On His Hands

I do hate to see the terrorists end up in our judicial system. Some liberal judge will slap them on the hand and turn them loose.

I for one am thankful that they are putting the prisoners into normal prisons. Hopefully they will not be placed in solitary confinement. I've known a lot of prison guards who are vets and hopefully some of them will tell the general population that the new additions are kiddy rapist and they'll finally get the justice that our weak society is unable to deal out.

If I see a support Hamas protest at my school I am genuinely afraid as to how I would react. In all likelihood I would get banned from school and end up in jail with bloody knuckles surrounded by government controlled media types.

While I'm sure some people can see America's support of Israel as the wrong decision, I do not understand how a rational adult can look at Israel...as they are constantly rocketed by Hamas...and not understand why the country is fighting back. Then again, if someone goes insane and nukes the middle east I won't lose much sleep over it.
