Dishonest people in everyday life.

Dishonest people in our own government.

Politically correct agenda.

Ignorance in any of the above, including history.

All of the above.

Other.

Dishonest polititions who don't have a clue what our founding fathers did. And don't give two hoots what the American people want or what the constitution means.

I have a sense that people who are dishonest in politics are dishonest in everday life as well.

I believe the reason our government is in the sad shape it's in is because people don't pay attention to the state of the world and don't care enough about history to be able to discern the direction the world is headed.

My pet peeve is that the vast majority of American voters tend to put as much thought and research into who should be the next American Idol or who is going to win Survivor than they do on who they vote for congress or the president.

Present company excluded of course.:D

So... I guess that qualifies as "all of the above".

Is there any such as a "honest Politician"? Isn't that like a whore in church?

I used to like to think there was, but I'm beginning to wonder.

With respect to the "whore in church" analogy, the optimist in me likes to point to the story of Mary Magdelene... ;)

I think that Politcal Correctness needs to banned from this country. I thought 9/11 was enough of a slap in the national face to do away with P/C-itis. It's worse than ever.....that really pisses me off.

Sorry for your luck G. I am guessing the weather there is nice and you aren't able to ride. Could be worse...living up here in the land of perpetual cold and ice where might get in a ride in a month (or two).:)

I think that Politcal Correctness needs to banned from this country.

I'm really confused by this.

Basically you are arguing that it is "politically incorrect" to be "politically correct"?

How would you go about banning political correctness? (Never mind defining what, exactly, political correctness IS..)

Who would write up the list of statements, actions, and/or thoughts that might be classified as "political correctness"? A Government agency? Or would it really come down to concerned citizens being granted the right to gun down anyone making a statement that was later determined, by a jury of similarly-minded anti-political-correctness citizens, to be politically-correct.

Inquiring minds really want to know!

TT might not agree with you, but Clint Eastwood does. I would go with Clint.

Indeed, at least he's shown that he can direct his anger in a focused and controlled manner unlike others...
