Upper left corner... been like this a while. Red x where the "reload" button should be.

I see the same as you, that graphic file may have been removed/corrupted from/on the server

Interesting. Are you guys still seeing this? Looks like an image anchor, but I just see a text link in that spot: "Reload this page." Maybe someone fixed it.

As of this morning, I'm still seeing the red x like I posted.

BTW, I am getting this on both home PC's and here at work on a seperate PC.

Clear off your cookies and see if that helps.

Sorry I just noticed this, I hope the issue has been resolved with the addition of a couple of folder images.
