And the only cabinets left out of it are Defense, Homeland Security, and Veterans Affairs. Neat

It's also contains 5.5 billion in earmarks and pet-projects. It's going to be an interesting 4 years for me.

I don't claim to be the expert. I'm curious to see what others think.

Well I'm glad at least it covers the important things. WAIT - does it cover my pet food? And how about massages - I really need massages, and it's defintely the government's duty to pay for them!

Some of the individual appropriation bills were passed last Fall before the Deadline, those found in the Omnibus bill are the rest that had not yet been passed.

The DOD is always a high priority, especial with two wars going on!:gun:
