Law Suit Abuses

We've all heard about it; maybe some of us know people who are victims of it; perhaps a few here have been victims of it. It's not a positive thing at all and undermines an established system for righting the wrongs.

That being said, some of those lawsuits are flat and plainly stupid; and now you can vote on them.

I'm not sure that I can distinguish between such absurdities and therefore cannot vote. I still say that there needs to be some kind of mandate to cut back on predatory lawsuits. If I were the judge I would fine each of the plaintiffs "x" amount of money and, behind closed doors, tell them to go screw themselves.
