View Full Version : New Black Panther Case dropped by BHO
Well, if you had any doubt about the racial politics of BHO then you need to check out how the Obama DOJ dropped the charges on the New Black Panthers that used threats and racial slurs along with a blackjack to scare white voters from the polls! The video I have only seen on Fox! It is a serious crime to stand in front of the doorway of a polling place and threaten people. The witnesses actually signed affidavits and the GWB DOJ was prosecuting. So much for a new tone and a new era of race relations!:rofl

Michelle Malkin has posted a couple of reports on the topic; she even included a link to the witness affidavit detailing the actions of the black panther people at the polling station. It is a complete failure of this administration to drop these charges when clearly their intimidations were evident.
"The Bush DOJ filed suit against Malik Shabazz and two of the local NBPP radicals who were on site one with a billy club. None of them filed an answer to the lawsuit, putting them all into default. I am told this is the easiest way to win a lawsuit. But instead of taking the default judgment that DOJ is entitled to against all of the defendants, the department last week dismissed the lawsuit against two out of the three defendants. As Election Journal (which broke the story with exclusive video of the intimidation) notes, one of the individual defendants who was dismissed, Jerry Jackson, is an elected member of the Philadelphia Democratic Committee and was a credentialed poll watcher."
