At this point we're still waiting on DNA test results. If John Karr's DNA matches the non-family DNA found with JonBenet's body, he's a virtual lock for a conviction. If Karr's DNA does not match, that doesn't rule him out, but a conviction would be much more difficult.
On a side note, is anyone else getting tired of attorneys?
