Interesting video, thanks for posting.
I agree with Igor Panarin that America is heading toward disintegration of some sort. I also agree that the economy is headed for additional trouble (although I do not necessarily think it will happen in November). I disagree with him on the timing and on the results he predicts. I do not see the USA dividing in 2010. I do not know that it will divide at all. It's possible, but I think unlikely. I believe it is much more likely that the USA descends into a very mediocre Euro-style socialist state, with its people and resources heavily taxed to redistribute wealth to other nations. That's where we are now, and I think we continue down that path. I think Mr. Panarin's shrewd awareness of our troubles is offset by many misconceptions and perhaps Russian bitterness / hopefulness. But maybe his theories are more accurate than I think. Only time will tell! |

I know it is. I've always liked it there. Been many times and lived in Houston during the oil boom of the late 70's. I've had great times in Dallas and Austin, ate alligator and Dr. pepper with real sugar in Waco, and man, had a dinner that could kill in San Antonio on the water walk. I could see myself going back there to live one day, but the visits are cool too.
